What is your return/refund policy?
Each label is custom printed to your specifications. Because of this, we cannot offer a full refund on your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us so we can discuss corrections and reprinting.
What if I made a mistake on my order?
Customer service is our highest priority, and we’re happy to make any corrections for you as long as we get that information before the order goes into the printing process. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

Yes, as long as you’ve created an account and are logged in, all the labels you buy are saved and can be reordered at any time. You can also save any customized label to your account to purchase later.
Are the labels waterproof?
