Because each label is custom printed to your specifications, we generally do not offer a full refund on your order. But of course there are always exceptions; If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us so we can make things
right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Mistakes happen, and if that mistake is on our end we’re happy to reprint your labels. Unfortunately we can’t control what happens after our products are shipped, so we cannot cover any damage due to the shipper/carrier.
If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
